
Biography: Max has been representing clients in civil litigation matters for thirty-eight years. The majority of his practice is the representation of design professionals in all types of construction litigation. In addition to representing architects, engineers, and surveyors in contract negotiation and litigation, Max has defended individuals and corporations in a wide variety of litigation. These claims have included auto, premises liability, and insurance claims. Over his career, Max has handled civil litigation from minor personal injury to multi-million dollar claims. Max has tried cases in state courts throughout Western Pennsylvania and Western Pennsylvania Federal Court. Max has argued cases in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts.
Max was awarded the Top Rated Lawyer Award in Construction Law by Martindale-Hubbell.
